Dr. Hanks and his NP Elaine are absolutely fantastic providers. Both of my children see them. They are honest, kind, patient, and so understanding. They always address and answer any questions I may have without making me feel like I’m wasting time. The front office receptionist is also great.

Awful office staff.... Drove an hour and a half for a 1yr check up that was on the schedule for several months. I get to the appointment they no longer have me on the schedule and claim they attempted to call and reschedule the appointment because the nurse practitioner was out for the day but of course no missed calls and no voice mails. Wont be using this office any longer. Would leave a no star review if it was possible because they are that RUDE!

My 34 yr old son was one of Dr. Hanks' first patients. Dr. Hanks is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors i have ever met. He has my highest reccommendation.

I don't trust any other doctor with my son. In my opinion, Dr. Hanks is the best pediatrician in the tri-state area! They've always been nothing but kind, helpful, and understanding with us.

Dr. Hanks is excellent and a funny guy but the lady at the front desk is always so rude that makes me dread going. I’ve been trying to get records for my son to start daycare and she has been very rude and not helpful, when I asked Dr. Hanks he got it right away.
