Love my Dr. Le. I suffered with an immune problem for years. Every 6 weeks or so I was having sinus infections, my regular PCP did antibiotics and steroids then kicked me out (Rogersville Cox Clinic), like I was an antibiotic junkie. I then went to Dr. Le. She properly diagnosed me with primary immunodeficiency and I give myself an infusion every 4 weeks. No more sinus infections. She also diagnosed me with allergies and put me on allergy shots. Today I no longer do steroids and antibiotics plus I have a life. No more missing work and life.

Dr Le is a great doctor she looks outside the box and listens to her patients. She goes a lot further in trying to find out what the problem is than a lot of other drs I have seen in my journey.

Discriminatory against those who have not been covid vaccinated. Said she didn't want patient to "breathe on her equipment" and would not go through with asthma test.

Dr. Le was very thorough and professional. She (and her med student) stethoscoped my chest and back, checked my nose, ears, throat/mouth, and glands on my neck. She also has exceptional people skills/bedside manner-- listens well and politely tells you hard truths, if appropriate/needed. Additionally, Laura, the med student, the asthma-testing nurse/tech, and Jose the nurse/tech were all very personable and thorough. The five star rating is soley for these four medical staff. (The business side of my visit experience was not as wonderful: Cox Health needs to greatly improve their timing for submitting Rx to pharmacies, and tweaking their appointment scheduling process mechanics. Thankfully, the front desk staff are personable and seem to wish to do a good job.)

Dr. Le is helping me and I'm very thankful for her and her staff.

Awesome Doctor and Medical Team!

Front office lady was very short and rude on the phone. I called and was immediately told to hold.....I held for 7 minutes and hung up. I called back and same lady told me to hold, this time I interrupted her and said no because I was already on hold for so long. She said "well I have a patient here and we are short handed." and then she put me back on hold again! The receptionist returned shortly after and was rude and argumentative. She was very unprofessional to speak to on the phone. Will not be referring any patient to the this practice.

Dr.Le treats both my child and I. She listens, she is kind, she is quick to get back to emails, she and her staff absolutely care about their patients, very thankful to have found someone who actually takes such the time with her patients.

Dr. Le and the entire staff are great people! They listen and do their absolute best to help you! I have been going here for 4 years maybe a little longer now. My overall health has improved greatly. Everyone there almost feels like family. Thank you all for being so great!
