I have been going to this location for about a year and I am absolutely blown away by their kindness. It reminds me of when people were not just dollar signs to the medical field. I cannot believe they are not a 5 star reviewed location. I feel bad for anyone that has not had great service here because everytime I have been it been amazing.

horrible place. Impossible to get in contact with to schedule something as simple as lab work. I called about 6 times. They put you on hold for forever and nobody answers. But the funny thing is, anytime I come in for an appointment there is never more than 1 person in the waiting room so it’s not like they’re busy😂 I met with one of the doctors at the end of 2021 (before my insurance ended) for the sole reason of testing my thyroid autobodies as I have hashimotos and that is main thing you check. I get my lab results back and that number is not on there. It took me 3 calls and several days just to hear back from them (already in the new year) that they didn’t draw enough blood to test the thyroid autobodies and I’d have to come back. Well, I don’t have insurance now so to a private clinic I go. But honestly, the fact that the doctor didn’t think to check the MOST IMPORTANT #’s for my auto-immune disease should tell you something. Take me word for it, find a different clinic! The only good NP here is Helen Kozlov :) 10/10 would recommend her but not even sure she is there anymore.

I have contacted the Dr and nurse several times about being overweight. It took days to respond and instead of helping me, which is their job, they tried to give me medicine that did not work and was bad for my heart. Then the nurse called back to tell me to go get weight loss surgery. Very rude and uncaring.

This place is a complete joke anymore.had gone there for years until now with the new administrator. Made an appointment back in Dec.2020 to see my primary care Dr there for feb.24 took day off work to drive about 45 mins to apt. When they told me when I had got there it had been cancelled. I was never contacted to let me knowit was cancelled. The new administration has a attitude problem is very rude. I will never go back even tho I loved Julia Flax

Dr. Rachel Toth is one of the best primary care doctors I have ever known through personal experience, as well as through my work in social services and mental health. I would recommend her to anyone.

Since Dr. Toth left there, communications have been terrible. Everything from trying to establish a PCP, to prescription refills. Most recently the PA handling my prescriptions sent one in for 13 injection medications for 90 days, when the recommended dosage is for one per month! My insurance fortunately caught in time to keep me from a horrific charge copay charge!!!
