Dr. McShane and His staff were so welcoming and very understanding. Dr. McShane did everything in His power to help me. His nurse and the lady who wrote a note for me and the other two ladies were so nice and so very helpful! I would recommend Dr. McShane and His staff to anybody for foot and ankle issues! I just want to thank them all for being so caring and upfront. I love Doctors who don’t beat around the bush! Dr. McShane and His staff get straight to the point! May God continue to bless you all!

First time visit to Dr McShane. Office is efficiently ran. Dr McShane explained in detail about my foot problem and what the treatment plan would be. His nurses and office staff were professional and polite.

This guy. First of all, he swore up and down I could go back to work the same day I had my procedure done (he cut the tendons under my toes so they'd lay flat and not give me bone spurs). I couldn't even WALK for DAYS and when I called to say hey this doesn't sound/feel right, they basically accused me of lying about the pain and swelling and said I was, again, fine to go back to work even though there was obvious bruising all over my foot. I did my physical therapy for months beyond what I was required to, they cleared me to stop doing it, and now two years later my toes are like curled up bricks and I need a new doctor to see if anything can be done to fix them. This man is a HORRIBLE doctor.

Do not recommend at all. Incompetent office staff; only one person knows anything about insurance and billing creating single point of failure.

Glad to recommend Dr Mc Shane to anyone in need of care. His knowledge was obvious, he knows all about the 'engineering' of the foot and it's repair. He spent a lot of time on the exam, the explanation, and the options. In the end I know he saved me many hundreds of dollars because of his methods in repair of the common "Hammer toe". I compare my experience to other patients I know that have a long painful recovery and expensive out-patient fees, etc. And I feel lucky that I went to Dr McShane!
