He was the on call doctor for emergency situations and was super rude and condescending to me. I called because my son had his wisdom teeth out and on day 4 his left side was so swollen I was worried it was infected. I had my dental hygienist friend come look at my son and she was concerned so I called and asked for them to refer me to the ER. When I was trying to explain to him what was going on I asked if he would speak to my friend in which he replied absolutely not. So I had her tell me the wording in which to best describe the what was happening. After I explained it he said to me “now you’re using magic words” then proceeded to explain to me what a fever was and wasn’t. He told me he wouldn’t call the ER because they would just give antibiotics like he had suggested we start and a big bill. He said it was “my choice if I wanted to take my son to the ER but he didn’t think I should”. Long story short took my son to the ER he had a severe infection of cellulitis in muscle and bone

Dr Lucaci was very professional and his team was outstanding I really enjoyed my consultation all the way to the procedure date and my recovery went very well, because of his terrific skills.
