Dr.K is the best doctor I have ever had. He treats you like an actual person. He listens to your concerns and doesn't just brush you off. He makes u feel comfortable and like he cares. Everytime I see him he asks about my life/family/job. He always goes the extra mile and works with my schedule and needs. He's very kind and knowledgeable. This past weekend I called the pharmacy to get my refil and they had lost the script, I was freaking out bc I needed my refil, they didn't have it and it was a weekend. I was able to get a hold of an on call nurse, who paged him and within an hour he had called me, and called me in a new script to the pharmacy. And when I profusely apologized he for bothering him on his personal time, he just laughed and said "no that's my job I'm happy to help" if I ever have any issues there is always someone to get a hold of that day at his offices. I never have to wait around. And I never have to worry about being taken seriously I highly recommend him at his Branson or Springfield location

I have noticed since I have been seeing him since he started practice in Springfield, Mo.Dr Kankanala is totally against Natural Pathic Dr's and doesn't think you should use natural Thyroid medicine or anything natural. I had noticed when my husband has went with me to my Dr's Appt Dr Kankanala is a totally different person. He interacts more with my husband and very pleasant with him. When I'm by myself he is not that way. Have seriously for the last 3 yrs changing Dr's. Avilla, Mo.

I have seen Dr k for about six years now as my primary physician after my endocrinologist in the building retired.he is human like anyone else and I have only seen him stressed out once or twice in those six years where he was a little blunt. But 99% of the time he is extremely Pleasant, willing to listen and will make sure that you understand what to do depending on the situation. he is quick to get you referred to a specialist if he is not knowledgeable and what needs to be taken care of.

My wife and I both use this man as our PCP. We are both very pleased with his professionalism.

It was bad enough that I found a new doctor... All of the bad reviews and then some. Told me I needed a mental evaluation! I am very old and have the same old people problems but, to be insulted in that manner was rude, condescending and mean spirited. Find a new doctor people this one is in it for the money or to feed his own ego.

He does seem to be in a hurry,but he has many patients to see. He's never seemed arrogant to me. Just straight forward and to the point. He's been interested in looking into issues I've had and gives direct feedback to me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Have seen for 2 to 3 years. Arrogant, condescending, doesn't spend enough time with you to even find out what your problem is. Don't waste your time with him. I wish I would have switched from him a long time ago, but I thought he might get better. He has no bedside manner and acts like he could care less you are there; in it for the money, I'd say. Made an appointment to see a doctor somewhere else. I advise you to do the same.
