Horrible. Warning warning. They have called me four times in the last three months to cancel appointments with me I have so many messages so many texts I show up here for my next appointment and they tell me oh you didn’t get a call they have done this to me five times now if this lady is not gonna see her patients she needs to be removed from this center I can’t get my medication I take high blood pressure medication‘s the pharmacy says they need permission from the physician no one can get a hold of her she’s always gone she always cancels her appointments Five times now they have canceled an appointment every single month warning Horrible. Had a brain MRI done July 25 she got my results 3 weeks later and she had them on her desk for over a week. Calling her multiple times to get my results. Had appointment with her just last week when she then read my results. She was suppose to refer me to a Neurologist because of the findings decided to call today a week later to find out she never put the referral in. I’m looking for a new doctor. I have been out of my medication a week now because of the incompetency of her office. I have been on the phone with the office everyday and their excuse yesterday was that they forgot to click the “send” button. My pharmacy has called them also, and has received no positive results on my behalf either. Dr. Reyes was knowledgeable and kind; this was my first appointment with her. Everytime I've mentioned something about my daughter or concerns for my daughter she acts like it's not a big deal and/or does not put her input in.

Do not recommend for military family members (Tricare). She is of course knowledgeable but I find her commitment lacking. Yes you are a DR and have earned that title but you work for your patients. My spouse requested a pregnancy test and instead was denied and told it was depression and got medication for depression. SHE WAS PREGNANT BY THE WAY. not depressed. 😂. All I could do was laugh. Then she wanted us to go thru her for every little thing just to get an authorization for a OBGYN. Stay on base for medical or just do your home work. She is a nice lady and easy to talk too but she always seems very busy and it is hard to make an appointment with my own doctor because she is spread to thin with to many patients and facilities to care for. She never was very involved in controlling my asthma and she would often forget what she had done for me last appointment and I can never get her to fill my inhaler on time. She is nice just not the doctor for me.
