Dr. Sami is absolutely the best surgeon I have every known. My story begins almost 20 years ago when I had a back surgery at another hospital. Needless to say the outcome of that surgery did not fair well as I have been flailing for the last 10 years to the point of hardly being able to walk. Then I meet Dr. Sami he changed my life I know longer walk with a limp and I am recovering nicely with the awesome rehabilitation hospital at first and now out patient therapy in Branson Missouri I am so thankful for mercy for Dr.Sami and to my therapist words are not enough.

Met with Dr. Sami in June 2021. Was very impressed with his knowledge and he was fantastic about making you feel comfortable. Went over all our options, and didn't rush us out of the office. Would highly recommend him and his staff. I give him 10 stars!

Oh Halloween night, 2008, i was at my daughters house in Willow Springs. My "job" was to lower this large spider on a string, down on kids coming out from the garage under the front part of the house. The porch rail gave way and I did a header on the concrete below which snapped my neck. Dr. Sami Khoshyomn was the only doctor on the staff who even thought he could help me. Well, he did and now, 12 yrs later and I just had my 81st birthday, I'm here to tell you that Dr. Sami gave me back "the rest of my life" from that night to this. He came to my room & visited while I was there at the hospital and later, as I traveled, I would pass through Springfield and visit him and his marvelous staff. I think of him more as a friend than my doctor..

My Father inlaw was deployed overseas in the military and we were in the process of building an inlaw quarters on our farm for him to live in when he returned to the states. My Son at six years old decided to climb up a ladder to the loft area and fell at least 12 feet to the ground in trying to get back down. He was taken by ambulance from the hospital in Aurora Missouri to Mercy Hospital in Springfield where he was taken under the care and treatment of Dr. Sami. My Son suffered head trauma from the fall, which included a skull fracture, a concussion and loss of hearing in one ear. I believe that Dr. Sami saved my Sons life. At 21 years of age, my Son is now a Senior in college. He will graduate this time next year and is planning to go on to receive his Masters in education. Thank you Dr. Sami! You had only started practicing in Springfield just a short time before my Sons fall. At the time we were told that you were the only Pediatric Neurosurgeon in town and that you where one of the best. I am and will be forever thankful for the great care, that you showed to my Son and my family during that time.

Dr. Sami has been awesome with my daughter who has been diagnosed with IIH. He calmed all of our fears and he answered all of our questions! He is a great person and his staff is wonderful as well!

Poor. Failed to return phone calls. Sent my parent home ill and required him to be be sent back to the ER by ambulance because he failed to perform a basic procedure properly.
