Very rude reception. Will take my son to someone else. Was really hoping to use the same pediatrician other family has used. Was not happy with my experience.

All 3 of my kids have see Dr Caffey ,2 of them since birth. She has always been great with us. She has always been patient and kind. Would highly recommend her office.

I love Dr. Caffey and all her staff. All 3 of my grandkids go to her and have their entire lives . We are nothing but 100% happy with total care.

Lied about our freedom to make our own decisions for our child’s health within a certain timeframe and then completely had us kicked out of their office and all of their doctors there because she didn’t agree with us. Her staff were rude to us and we felt they were very condescending to people. Their scheduler also looked up my child’s record on a call and tried to argue with me about things in his medical file which I don’t believe is legal.

Unfortunately, Dr Caffey has become extremely unprofessional as well as her staff. She is very condescending and refuses to allow parents to participate in decision making regarding their child’s care. You either do what she says no questions asked or you’re out. She does not follow CDC guidelines.

I have had Dr. Caffey for more years than 22 years. I have taken all 3 of my children and 2 adopted. She has never spoken down to me and really values what I think. She goes above and beyond in many ways. When we lost our 20 year old son in an accident she sent the most beautiful flowers and card and when my daughter had her next appointment she cried with me. She has contacted me personally at home at night when she rethought an issue with my son's headaches. I can't say enough about her and I could fill pages about her nurse Henrietta.

You couldn't twist my arm hard enough to get me to believe the one star rating on here. I adopted four grandchildren in 2008. That is when they started seeing Dr. Caffey. She has never been cross or disinterested at any time with them or myself. Having four children, I have been in her office frequently and I have always respected and admired her professionalism. Even as the kids become teenagers, when given the choice to see someone else, they always say no to a change in doctors. The oldest has a child of her own now and takes her little girl to Dr. Caffey. We all would recommend Sara Caffey highly.

Don't walk away. Run. Her lack of listening/ attention skills are truly frightening for someone in the medical profession. Half the time you see her she's so short tempered/ easily annoyed and hyperactive it makes you uncomfortable. I should be the one getting paid since every time I ask her for advice she asks me what I think the solution is. Called me a liar and spoke down to me in front of my two children. Its very apparent she feels she has better things to do. Don't take this as just a patient who didn't get their way. Your kids and you deserve better treatment

We have been seeing Dr.Caffey since 2011 when my first child was born I now have 3 little girls who all see her when asked if I needed a pediatrician for my last two girls I kindly replied no thank you I already have one it's Dr.Caffey and she is amazing ! She is very kind bed side manner with the kids is amazing she explains things very well you can tell she really loves the kids she sees I would highly recommend her to anyone and we will be with her until she retires amazing pediatrician
