Scott Andrew Turner's Online Review Report Card

Called in to set up an appt to est services with a doctor, the secretary was extremely rude to me and told me I didn't need to be seen if there wasn't anything wrong with me (which DUH of course there's something wrong, I'm calling a doctor) and that to come back when I actually had an issue, being so quick to say it I barely caught her before she tried to hang up after finishing. When I confronted her about it and how wrong she was(mind you, she tried to cover her tracks and deny essentilly refusing me services), only THEN she offered to set up an appt to get me seen. if I'm going to have an issue out of a secretary refusing to set up an appt just because they don't see fit and have them be rude to me- then I'm sure as Hell not going to est services there. If your secretary cannot even be professional or willing to assist, how do you expect a client to trust your services to begin with. I really wanted to est services with Scott Turner however because of this, I definitely won't be. Nor will I ever recommend someone to them

I haven’t had a primary care doctor, (outside of a walk-in) since I was a child. Being in my mid-30’s and starting to experience a few health concerns...I felt the need to go see a doctor for preventative measures. I was even a little late, (on my first visit) and Dr. Turner still made time to see me to hear me out on my health concerns. He was very professional, and seemed very well experienced. He was happy to assist me in contacting a specialist for further evaluation with one of my health concerns. And most importantly, he gave me piece of mind with my other health concerns, assuring me that what I thought was wrong, is not. If your needing a general primary care doctor/family wellness doctor? I highly recommend Dr. Turner. He owns his own practice and was easy to speak too. Also, the price was very competitive to what I assume most Docs charge these days. I was more concerned with the substance of the visit vs. the price, but every penny saved helps us all get by! 5 stars

I'm currently sitting in the urgent care because Dr turner did not take the time to see why I was still having issues 2 months later! Thank God some one finally took the time to see what was going on! Time for a new doctor

Dr. Turner is kind, caring, and compasionate. He is very knowledgeable in many different conditions and works with you to find a solution that woks best for you.

I have been going to PatientCare Family clinic for around 16 years. I am 63 years old and pray Dr Turner does not retire any time soon. Dr Turner is second to NO ONE . He’s seen me through lung cancer and shoulder surgery and diabetes in which I no longer have, “He coached me through some life style changes and I no longer have diabetes.” And countless other problems he has remedied . He is very intelligent and has NEVER missed a diagnosis on me. He and his staff are awesome. I have been to many Of doctors over the course of my life and finally found a 5 star Dr. I very highly recommend Dr turner and his staff. Thank you Dr Turner!

If I could give 10 stars I would not hesitate! Dr Turner and staff are by far THE best I have ever been to! They know ME. They don't make me feel rushed thru or like a pt number or especially an inconvenience/nuisance. Dr Turner actually cares! Takes time to answer all my questions and makes sure I understand before I leave. Special shout out to Kat, Carla, and Brenda Jo for helping me deal with my most recent issue! And especially to Dr Turner! Julie Mendenhall.

He always greets you with a smile and explains everything so you can understand.

My family has a variety of illnesses, from simple warts to serious GI problems. He is patient and listens. Most importantly willing to admit when he just not sure what is happening in our body. But very willing to do the research to find out, including talking to 'Specialist' to coordinate the complex care needed. He has a Excellent nurse practitioner Veronica Putman that knows her stuff too!

Dr. Turner and his entire staff are always pleasant and happy to see you. They make you feel as though they want to help you and not like you're bothering them. They honestly care about the patient and not just the pay.

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Dr Turner! Been to a few different dr's in town. He's the only one I trust. He doesn't just throw pills you and set you up to come back every week. He listens to what you have to say, examines you then explains a treatment plan that only involves medication and/or a follow up if actually needed. I never want to see a different doctor as long as I live!
