List of Shannon Lee Woods's Reviews
Dr. Woods did my initial appointment for my torn ACL and flipped meniscus. He explained things a couple of times and was super patient and understanding regarding my condition. Great staff, too!
Dr Woods did x-rays of my knee and hip and lower back I recently fell in my shower and had bum knee already (which I need a total knee replacement) and this Doctor is doing his best to find out what is causing my pain . He is one of the most sincere and knowledgeable Doctors I have ever met! Bless you Doctor Woods.
Dr. Woods is proficient and detailed with the diagnosis. He made me feel reassured with my healing process and the time it would take to get me on track. He answers my questions quickly and addressed my needs with kindness. Gold stars all the way.
The staff was amazing very professional, funny and quick, this was my first trip with a bum knee that I had been putting off for years, Dr. Woods took his time and explained everything very well for me thank you for all you did sports med!!!
I called Dr. Woods office regarding my two athelete sons' return to play form after covid, and the receptionist was not only very unhelpful in answering whether or not they could help with it, but she hung up on me when I asked how soon they could get me in. I never received a call back either. Extremely unimpressed.
Dr. Woods treated me for hip bursitis. I was a walk in at the clinic and he has been wonderful. Very understanding, made sure to rule out any possible underlying issues, listened to and answered all of my questions, and showed empathy for my discomfort. I am not the most trusting patient due to issues I've had with doctors in the past, but I trust him very much. I will forgo my PCP for treatment of this condition, as it happens a couple times a year, and have Dr. Woods treat me. He is cautious yet aggressive with the use of corticosteroids which is very important. I recommend him to anyone dealing with injuries and chronic conditions such as mine.
1st visit went ok after 8 yrs of going through the same thing he decided to still do the same thing whatever I'll try after doing this I developed something new and called was told to go see him at the clinic and he refused to see me said I was wrong this wasn't something new and never seen me had his pa tell me absolutely absurd said I'd be waisting my money for him to see me I'll be finding a different dr
He has seen all my kids for different reasons and is amazing. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
So far so good. He has been taking care of our 6 yr old who broke her leg. He seems to be caring with good experience. We have had no problems scheduling or rescheduling.
He made an error on my medical records. When I called to correct it, there was a lot of phone tag and he couldn't admit his error. Which I paid for numerous times. He acted a little weird, blamed me and got emotional about it- which I don't understand. This is not a professional. There's nothing I can do to fix it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
