I can not for the life of me recommend this neurologist. If you pull the bad card and get him, immediately call Mercy and have them give you a different neurologist. You will NEVER understand a single thing he says. He’s dismissive and seems to have the bed side manner of an ice cube. Lord save you if you are having issues that require immediate attention. He will not try to resolve the issue but instead through dangerous amounts of infusion treatments at you. Then, when that doesn’t work, he will flat out tell you to get another neurologist! I wish I was joking.

If you have Parkinson's disease STAY AWAY from this doctor. I'd give him zero stars if I could. Poor beside manner, hard to understand, does not know how to do proper injections for Parkinsons disease(botox). Billed incorrectly for procedure and won't correct it. The clinic was dirty, and they didn't have a proper scale to weigh someone who couldn't stand.

He advised me to go to another city for treatment. "I don't know. I have not enough expertise in that field". At least, he was honest. So yep, Springfield, that's what you got.

Horrible doctor. He doesn't listen to patient till it is too late. He has a know it all attitude. You will be sorry if you go to him. My hands are permanently numb because he didnt listen to me.

I went to DrMaganti to find out why I was having tremors. He did not even look at my history. Just came in and wanted to up and add meds. After we specifically stated we were there to find out WHY. After I said no to more meds and brought up again that I want to know what is wrong with me. He then looked at the computer. He decided we could order a copper level test. It came back high, twice. Some other testing was done as well. His answer again was more meds to treat tremors. I said no, they dont work. He said I do not know where to refer you. I will send note to your primary and your endocrinologist dr. Really.. you order the test and then dont know what to do. And I'm leaving out we had decided on an MRI of the brain. Which my ins denied because of the reason movement disorder, instead of him putting high copper level. I refuse to go back. What's the point.
