I rated this doctor due to no hands on such as giving yearly physicals, not checking on each appointment the lymph nodes, feeling around on stomach, looking into the mouth and ears. When asked about blood work always replies good. Just exactly what makes up good? Never see the nurse. Call back takes up to 48 hour. Really? Just exactly how busy are the staff not to call back within the hour. This is a joke.

This had to be the worst urgent care visit I have ever had. Dr. Adams' was terrible and he misdiagnosed entirely. Perhaps a few questions would have helped him. He did not ask or even check the areas in which I had pain. Awful waste of time and money. He seemed very burned out and disengaged. Less than 5 min in the room total.

This was hands down the worst experience with a doctor to date. He was short, rude, asked very few questions and after literally ONE question, he misdiagnosed my condition. He was uni vested and disengaged. It was the least thorough exam I have ever had - never even looked in my throat even though it was a source of pain. He seemed extremely burned out and it was very apparent that he was annoyed that he had to see patients that day. Horrible bedside manner, poor knowledge and diagnosis and sadly, poor education of the wrong diagnosis. Heads up: a high and rising fever after a couple of weeks, terrible cough and shortness of breath usually needs more than a 3 minute partial exam and announcement of "allergies" (especially if I have NEVER had a history of allergies). A few more questions or even a chest X-ray would have told him otherwise. Thankfully, there are other doctors to go to, after a wasted visit, that do ask questions and help. This guy is not one of them. Steer clear.

I saw Dr. Adams at Cox Urgent care. I came in for lightheadedness and was very concerned as I had never felt this way before. I was in tears. Dr. Adams was very short with me and very demanding with his questions. I apparently wasn't worth his time. I am a nurse. I care for difficult and, often times, hateful patients. I have seen the hypochondriacs, the drug seekers, and the downright ridiculous patients. I have never once sacrificed my compassion, or respect for people just because it was a Sunday and I didn't want to be at work. I don't care what's going on at home or in your life, when you're at work be there. Care for people and be nice. His care was a disappointment and I was made to feel foolish for seeking help with my concerns. No one should be made to feel like they aren't worth care.
