Dr Graves has been our family doctor for years and is always available to answer questions thru the portal.....she is kind and concerned about our overall health and doesn't hesitate to listen to concerns and give professional advice and recommendations. Dr. Graves is a good doctor. However, I have a hard time with her office. The front desk staff could be a lot warmer. They often come across as cold. Also, I commonly am put with her nurse practitioner when I call to make an appointment. I become frustrated with this because I want to see the doctor, not the MP. They are decent about getting me in same day, but sometimes seem rushed during my appointment and I feel like they glance at my symptoms and don't ask as thorough of questions as I hope
