Frustrating experience. She was thorough when my fundal height wasn't increasing. However wait times were always 1.5 hours or more past appt time. On discharge day, my nurse reached out for discharge at 830 am and didn't hear back until 330 pm. She was then in a delivery and didn't know when she'd be able to discharge me. My options were to wait indefinitely and have my family waiting to get me indefinitely or discharge ama. I left ama. I later passed a very large blood clot and when calling the office was told it was fine. Then was told my extended bleeding past 6 weeks was just a period and didn't need to come in to have it checked out even though I'm breast feeding. Constantly dismissed.

Dr. Franklin is so nice and friendly! I actually looked forward to my doctor visits throughout my pregnancy. She always made sure to take her time making sure I was okay and listening to any questions or concerns. I can not say enough good things about her!

Hands down the best OB! Highly recommend & trust her with mine & my babies care! I’m extremely high risk and our best interest is her biggest priority!

Dr. Franklin is a wonderful physician! She is very compassionate and thorough. She always takes the time to ask how I am doing and actually listens and responds. I have never felt rushed during any of my visits. Sure I have had to wait for extended periods of time, but the patients she was tending to prior to me needed her more at that moment because let's face it, every pregnancy is different and you never know how bad things may be going in the next room.

Dr Franklin herself is absolutely incredible. She’s very attentive and knows what she’s talking about. Has never shorted me on time, or made me feel like she didn’t care. I’ve been with her through a miscarriage and 3 pregnancies and she’s never let me down. Her nurse, Stacey, on the other hand will do whatever she can to make you feel like you’re stupid. She has horrible bedside manner and clearly doesn’t think things through before she speaks to you.

Dr. Franklin was very nice, great bedside manner. Her staff on the other hand, her nurse especially, not very great. Does not return calls back in a timely manner and very hard to get a hold of. Generally takes a good week to get a question answered by the time you leave a message, she calls back, tells you she has to talk to the dr then calls you back again. If you can get past her horrible nurse I would recommend Dr. Franklin.
