Sometimes you have to wait on the BEST Doctors. Dr Teresa Olsen has been my Dr. over thirty years and I am sick over the fact she is retiring 12-31-2022. I never felt like she was rushing me like moving cattle for the Hospital. Dr Olsen worries about you, as her patient, to the point of calling from the clinic as late as 9:30 pm if need be. I worked 25 years in the medical field and WE know where to go for OUR health care needs, to the BEST. Many people did not want to wait, but that my friends was your first mistake and was not the best option for your family's healthcare. She is not God or never tried to impress you like you stated, just take care of you and she is the one I would pick next to my bedside if I were in the hospital. P.s. She was hell on wheels to the nurses making sure our care was up to her standards and done right.......sorry nurses, you may not miss her, but I will. Marilyn Kingery

Dr Olsen is the best doctor ever. So what if the wait time is long at times. She makes sure she has all bases covered before moving on and sometimes I am the reason for the long wait due to being a complicated case!

Dr. Olsen has been my doctor for over 25 years. I trust her with my life. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She refers you, even when she might know the answer. I appreciate that so much. There is not a better doctor in Springfield, Missouri

Can not keep her appointments. Last office appointment my wife waited 2 hours. This office appointment my wife waited 2:30 hours. Whats the problem. The second appointment messed up our entire evening with the commitments we had at church and school. Made us late to our commitments. My wife hires her for her medical just like we hire attorney and accountant. We have to pay good money to wait on her like this. I would hate to be out of line in the office to force the issue to but it is coming to that. The only thing I can think of is that she wants you to know just how important she is and we are suppose to get on our knees and worship her. She must be related to God. DENNIS

Dr. Olsen is known for many things, gruffness maybe, intensity, oh definitely, harsh, maybe sometimes, but as a patient and as a medical professional, I can whole heartedly say the reason she may get that way or come off that way is when the care for her patients is not up to her standards. Dr. Olsen found things wrong with me after newly persistant headaches that I didn't know was going on to begin with. Her promptness and thoroughness made me know from day one that even thought we didn't know what was going on, no matter how many doctors I would have to get referred to, I had her on my side. I appreciate Dr. Olsen and her team more than they'll know!
