Tyler Buzbee's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Tyler for years and although I have moved away, I still travel back to him for all my dental care. I never met a medical / dental professional that cares more about their patients than Tyler. Highly recommend. Always top quality work, personable and a great experience. Thank you for being there and meeting my dental needs to the highest! Buzbee Dental and its staff are hands down the best around.

This place is a joke. I've had the most painful dental experiences in my life here, but not like they'll give you anything for pain. The 1st crown I got there came off in a year.I had to come get the crown replaced and the other work started. I didn't make another appt. Hope my next crown doesn't come off in a year.

I haven't seen a dentist for about 3 years now and have been experiencing an increasingly strengthening pain in areas where I have had work done before. I scheduled an appointment for Dr. Buzzbee and I remembered that it's becoming more common practice for these "Doctors", as they seem to prefer to be labeled as, are simply refusing to accompany dental extractions and good ol fashioned drilling into patient's mouths without having enough care or concern for them to simply provide adequate pain management prescriptions. For anyone who has experienced dental pain it's a red flag for Dr. Buzbee's nursing staff to be clear and concise to me, as the prospective patient," We shy away from any narcotic prescriptions and only pursue other means of pain treatment." This response led me to ask this simple question, "What do you mean other treatments like meditation?" This question evidently was the beginning of the very polite yet rapid termination of my contact with these medical providers and I'm using this term only in lew of profanities. Please note this written review wasn't submitted for grammar, punctuation or anything else associated with submitted work for grade. How fast would these people get a controlled substance in there own mouths after experiencing far less intense pain administered by someone else medically trained/board certified or not. How fortunate these individuals and providers are not being punished.

After this experience with Tyler you're never coming back to the Busby dental clinic one because they put my daughters they ripped out my daughters teeth and that's not what happened they are exposed to get braces put in

Said my daughter had five cavities, turns out the two we didnt get done werent cavities. He drilled through to the pulp on two of the five supposed cavities and now those two teeth have to have root canals and crowns. Guess stepping up to take responsibility for ones actions isnt part of his breeding. Never even spoke up when he drilled through the two teeth, just injected my daughter to mask the pain and wouldnt come clean when we returned two days later. He said the the pain was from the seven injections he gave her doing the alleged cavities. Hope he loses his license when the Missouri Dental board comes calling. Doesnt get any worse.
