Dr. Richardson always makes me feel like I am the only patient on his calendar. He listens, looks me in the eye, asks questions pertinent to the discussion, etc. We worked together for various solution/options for treating my BPH that had gotten to the point of virtually having very little quality of life. Finally, we agreed to do the TURP surgery. It has been life changing, to say the least. I'm so thankful for his bedside manner, sincere interest in helping me and, for the ability for me to enjoy life with so much more freedom and comfort. Thank you sir.

Very difficult to get into, went to emergency they referred me to Dr Richardson, couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Once I did get an appointment and an initial course of treatment, had to yell at them to get any information or followup. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to their Own MyMercy system which they encourage you to use. Once you do get into see them the follow up is abysmal. They are the only urologists affiliated with the Mercy system so I guess they don't have provide any customer service.

Dr. Richardson diagnosed my condition of IC bladder. After my surgery I had a bladder instillation. It was like they were done with me! I was in horrible pain calling the nurse several times with no response. After two weeks of calling and no answer I give up! The Dr. was very professional, but follow up with was not!

Dr. Richardson is a nice doctor who gives you a lot of confidence

Dr. Richardson is a very kind and caring doctor. He listens to what you have to say and looks you in the eyes with answers he has. He has patience and understanding. He called me directly to go over my upcoming procedure and put me at ease. I'm thankful for doctors like him out there.

My in-office procedure was excruiatingly painful. The "local" anesthetic was not nearly adequate enough to curb my pain. It didn't even take the edge off. This was evident when he began the procedure and I about jumped off the table. I also had excessive pain, severe swelling and bruising in both testicles as a result of the botched procedure. I consider myself "butchered". It took me six weeks to recover, and should have only taken 3 to five days. Upon my return to his office only four days after my procedure. I was informed that these "things" just happen. I was also told not to worry about the severe, excessive, swelling and bruising. I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Richardson for ANY procedures. He also lacks compassion and has a very poor bedside manner. In my post operative visits to his office he was very short, and unprofessional to say the least. In closing, my procedure went awry and he accepted no responsibilty for any of the additional pain, and suffering I encountered.
