Excellent Doctor, I have had a shoulder surgery and knee surgery. He listens to your concerns, and tells you the pros and cons of surgery. Would highly recommend his services.

My father who is retired SPFD firefighter had knee replacement over 2 years ago. We went to see Dr DUNCAN for follow up as his knee was hyper extending and in terrible pain. We were told knee was ok. He has never followed up. Now that we have went to KC for second opinion we have found the surgery was botched. He needs the knee redone.

Dr. William Duncan has performed three separate surgeries on me in the past eight years. Very few doctors would I say I totally and completely trust and feel confident in, except for him. He is a very kind, caring and considerate person. When he tells you he can help you, you can depend on it. He has surpassed my expectations each and every time. I cannot say enough nice things about this man. I just felt so fortunate to have him as my surgeon, and knowing I didn’t have to worry about the outcome. Thank you once again, Dr. Duncan!

I had the best experience with Dr. Duncan. He is so knowledgeable and so thorough. He made sure I completely understood what was going on and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend him as I am confident that he is the best orthopedic doctor in Springfield.

I think he is the best doctor in his field. He has done four joint replacements for my husband, & he has not had any problems. His PCP told him that he has more movement in his shoulder joints than most people have ever joint replacement I'm getting alone fine with my hip replacement.

Dr. Duncan has performed three separate surgeries on me in the last eight years. Very few doctors would I say I totally trust, and feel confident in, except for him. This man did my surgery a couple of years ago on my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff, via laparoscopy. When the nerve block wore off a few hours after surgery, I didn't even feel ANY immediate pain, only pressure. He must have been very gentle. It didn't even hurt much after the surgery altogether. It only hurt somewhat during the physical therapy, later. He is caring and kind. I'd choose him again for services, definitely! He does great work.
