Good bedside manner. Appeared knowledgeable BUT the ACL reconstruction he performed failed due to poor surgical method (per two other orthopedic surgeons). The pain was also ridiculous. Now having to go through a two part repair which entails a clean out with bone grafts then another ACL reconstruction. DO NOT go to this doctor for knee surgery.

I’m a 74 yo who Dr Wester replaced my right hip in December of 2021. He and his staff were awesome. Was walking with just a cane in 2 weeks. The therapist I had at home was awesome too. This was my second hip replaced and the advances from 10 years ago when I had my left hip replaced is remarkable. Even though I am 10 years older my recovery was much faster this time. Great Job! mrm

After three hip replacement disclocations I have lost faith in Dr. Wester. I am scheduled for surgery August 31st, 2022 to replace the ball at the top with one which will fit in my socket better...I think. The office staff was vague in their explanation. I can't say I recommend him anymore.

1 star is too much for him. He messed my knee up with 3 surgeries still having problems. Had immune response to my partial knee replacement nurse would not call back after repeated calls from home health nurses and my stepmom plus my messages and no one called back. Suffered for 2 weeks after surgery until my follow up. Because he couldn't get it right the first 2 times went for a 3rd ( had no choice no other dr would see me cuz he did surgery) and still struggling. Had to have a minor procedure and my daughter in her 20's expressed concern and he told her off. If u want a Dr that does not care or can't figure out things to do feel free to see him. If u care about yourself. Trust me run far from his office. And fast. Ps. I had pt and home health and they also informed me that Dr Wester office is the worst to deal with and they have nothing but problems with him and his office for the patients of his they treat.

Age 73 Had hip replaced on Dec 20 2022. He did awesome job recovery was swift. I feel fully recovered at 2 months. Followed all the exercises each day before surgery. Staff was excellent too.

I had left shoulder surgery quite a few years ago now by Dr. William Wester . He did a great job and I really appreciated how kind he was and not only to me but to my mom also that was with me the day of surgery . I am glad to say after the surgery my shoulder is still doing good .I injured my shoulder zip lining and it was a full thickness tear and the joint was also frozen very limited range of motion and alot of pain . After surgery and a small amount of PT my range of motion was restored and no more pain

I am happy we chose Dr Wester for my shoulder surgery .. His bedside manner is good and I ‘m sure he is a very busy surgeon .. so impressed he visited and spoke after surgery … I believe he is one of the best and has loads of experience.. I believe that is most important …
