List of Yuyang Tian's Reviews
I went with my friend to Dr. Tian. I don't believe any of these reviews. She is very thorough and spoke very well and explained everything. I was very impressed with her, so much so I made arrangements for her to be my primary doctor. If any other person that reads these reviews, don't believe them. The office is not chaotic, they treat people with respect. Maybe if people could be on time to their appointment it wouldn't be chaotic. I feel grateful that I'm going to have a doctor that knows her profession and does it well.
After 10 years of my grandma going here to Dr. Lilly, he retired and my grandma was scheduled with Tian. My grandma's phone had to be replaced and after 1 missed appointment she was told she was dropped from the clinic. 1 appointment in 10 years! I wish I had the commitment my grandma does. She waited 4 months for an appointment. Shes in tears. This is disgusting.
Told her which classifications of blood pressure meds I've been on and the side effects I experienced Amlodipine is a Calcium channel blocker, I had to stop it after a short period because I experienced its most common side effect, peripheral edema, Swollen legs. She recommended the same class of drug, saying not all drugs in that class have that side effect. The med she prescribed, according to a clinical study ranked highest for swelling! My legs are hot, Swollen and beet red. She sent a prescription for a diuretic.. Another blunder. Swelling from this drug class is not due to water retention, but to fluid shifts in the cellular level. Yet another medical article states this drug isn't used due to issues of tolerability concerns.
Very short with answers and rude. She did not take the time or show interest in any of my concerns. She lacks in caring about patients. After establishing care my pharmacy cod not get her to refill my prescriptions. I finally had to quit Mercy
Dr Tian does not pay attention to anything you tell her. She is a Dr who doesn not listen when she talks to you and you will find yourself telling her the same things over and over and she still will not get it. She has repeatedly made mistakes with prescriptions (daily #) and when addressed her responses are rude and offensive. Avoid this Dr. Find someone who has the time to listen.
During a recent visit to my hematologist, his MA had nothing nice at all to say about Dr. Tian. My first visit with her in July went great. She listened to my thought about adding a medication for my diabetes and ordered tests for things that had been ignored by my previous provider. I'll grant that she's fast but I didn't feel rushed and I did feel listened to. The only things I can say I've been disappointed about are the unprofessionalism of her nurse (I'm living rent free in her head) and the delay in replying to messages (The most recent message I sent was asking about info being passed on to my gynecologist which the hematologist took care of). Overall, so far, I'm pleased with Dr. Tian.
She lacks care and patience for her patients and totally irresponsible. Her assistant is rude. They lose our vaccine record!!! when we visit her, her assistant said she was not at office!!! Very bad experience, very wrong choice. It force me to put a rating, I would not give any star.
This doctor and the nurses in this facility are very unhelpful. The doctor is rude and short. Never friendly. Doesn't check you over properly before prescribing you at least 3 medications before you leave. She just assumes what you have without listening to you or nothing. By far the worst Doctor I've ever had. Switching to a new doctor!
Good luck ever getting to speak with the doctor or nurses. They do not return calls or share test results without begging. I would only get to speak to a professional once the office closed and they turned their phones over to the on call nurse. Horrible experiences.
Don't care about the patient or what other Dr recommend. I could go on about this Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
