Just got back from my first appointment with Dr. Lottes and I am blown away; she is amazing. She is very thorough and caring. She asks you what you think about things and what tests you want done other than what she recommends. She is also in favor of the ketogenic diet and very knowledgeable on it. I just LOVE HER because I recently started keto and have a couple heart issues as well, so it was a breath of fresh air to have her full support and help!

She is quite effective and competent. HOWEVER, she has surrounded herself with non-listening empty heads. As the buck stops with her, I cannot suggest strongly enough that you save the aggravation and move along.

I had my first visit with Dr Lottes today. She listened, she asked questions, she truly seemed to care. My previous provider was a victim of the covid layoffs. I wasn't looking forward to a dr search. Thought I'd try out Dr. Lottes and I'm very happy I did. Super clean office. All staff very friendly.

Dr. Lottes always makes sure that you feel heard and welcome. She never rushes you through you appointment and is very thorough. I can honestly say that she is the most thoughtful and easy to talk to doctor that I have ever met.
