I chose Dr Maylack on recommendation, so I went to establish being a patient and get some help.Office staff were very friendly. Dr Maylack was also friendly.I was very disappointed in Dr Maylack after I explained to her how my anxiety was out of the roof at that moment, her come back was that she needed to get my records from prior doctor before she could prescribe anything.After a full week or so had gone by, no one called me, and when I reached out, I was told I needed to make an appointment with a psychiatrist.My anxiety rarely is a bothersome, but my question is why can’t a family practice doctor be able to prescribe something to help. I was in total tears in her office.I did not see a psychiatrist, and thankful I’m okay now.If you can’t get help from your doctor, then what’s the purpose of going?

Best office ive been to. The staff are nice, clean building. Dr Maylack is fantastic. I feel she truly cares about my needs/health. She listens and gives helpful advice. I highly recommend her and the establishment. So glad I am now a patient here.

She is the best doctor I’ve had, she really seems to care about her patients and what’s bothering them. Her staff is always wonderful to me as well. I would recommend Dr. Maylack to anyone.

Dr. Maylack is very thorough, she takes her time and explains things to you. You don't feel that she is rushing on to the next patient. She is a great listener and has alot of knowledge. I have referred others to her and they like her alot as well.
