Tried to call today, supposed to be open according to recording. How do I get hold of billing. Called 3 weeks ago and left message to call me back nut no call back. Just got another bill today. Now not able to leave a message on voice mail. Help.

I choose Dr. Cleaver on the recommendation of a friend. He performed Cataract for me with 3 weeks of my first visit. The St. Charles Surgery Center he is associated with is new, friendly and very efficient. I am very pleased with all aspects of Dr. Clervers personable care and attention. I highly recommend his services.
