Did not resolve billing issues. Went in for preventive maintenance and got billed otherwise causing me to lose $700 HSA credit and had to pay over $100 doctor bill. Office does not return phone calls to resolve the matter and billing department can't help with any of it.

Dr Meyr-Cherry was both my wife an my doctor for 20 + years, during that time she always put our concerns and health problems at the forefront and afforded us the best healthcare advice and care we could expect.

She ignored my symptoms of depression. She ignored my cousins phone calls about pain in his knee. She pushes my mom off on other doctors instead of trying to help her. My aunt went to her and she quit going after ahe scared her permanently. 3 of 4 in my family quit her right away. As of 2020 she was let go from Mercy network.

I have been seeing Dr. Wendy Meyr-Cherry for over 25 years. She and her nurse Denise are amazing. Dr. Meyr Cherry tells you like it is and what she can do for you and how you also help yourself. She does not just "give you medication" to fix it! She has treated my entire family and we could not be happier.

Do not recommend. Went in for preventive care and got billed for a regular doctor's visit. Lost my HSA credit over $700 due to that and they will not return phone calls to resolve the issue.

My 88 y/o Mom thinks Dr Meyr-Cherry is the best PCP she has ever had. Doctor Wendy is professional, compassionate and takes the time to advise my mom of things she should do to with attain optimum health.

Dr Meyr-Cherry sees our entire family. She is professional and compassionate and always has her patients best interest at heart. She listens, I mean really listens. She is the reason my father is still alive today - due to the excellent and weekly care she and her staff give him. I’m alive because she gave me great referrals when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Whenever she and Dr Normile open their new practice, I believe Mercy will see they made a grave mistake letting two highly qualified and beloved physicians go with such short-sightedness. I believe they are opening an office on Wall Street in St. Charles - in September.

Where is Wendy Meyr-Cherry now? Where is she going with? My appointment was canceled by Mercy still not seen a Family Doctor with Mercy they do not care for the clients. Worst care with Mercy not for Wendy Meyr-Cherry. Please, need to find where she is going because she cares.
