From my first and only shift here , I received the rooms that needed to be checked for incontinence. I did not receive names, code status , reason for admission, not how the patient got up. I felt this facility was very unsafe and I will not return . The nurse demanded me to set outside one specific room and ignore the call lights.

Do not take your loved ones here . This place is disgusting , run down , terrible care . The staff is unprofessional and rude . There were a couple of nice people , but rare . Most were not helpful . They do the bare minimum . I am surprised they are able to stay open . What a disgrace that elderly people have to be in there .The facility is dated , run down , not very clean . Run away from this dump

Wonderful staff! A family member is a patient at this facility and they call me any time something happens day or night. I haven't had 1 problem with any of the workers every time I go see her they are right there to explain what is going on. — Editing this post after a year. Horrible place! DO NOT put your loved ones here! The staff have horrible attitudes and are rude all the time! Administration is horrible as is booking!

We asked them to check up on my wife's mother and it took them 2 hours to do so. Even after we told them she wasnt feeling well. And today we find out they were trying to send her home, even though she cant walk on her own.

I would give if no stars if I could. This place was completely horrid to me. Please reconsider housing options if this is where your loved ones reside now or in the future.

Horrible place for your loved ones! People constantly quitting, FULL OF BEDBUGS, and they send your loved ones to the doctors with no guardian or nurse! Place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!
