Dr. Akhtar oversaw a course of IV antibiotics. I found Dr. Akhtar and her staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. Her thoroughness prevented me from undergoing some unnecessary surgery being pushed by a podiatrist. I greatly appreciated her efforts.

Dr akhtar is amazing! I went to her office for iv antibiotics for 6 weeks. Her staff is amazing, after treatment I actually missed going to see everyone daily.

Ignored the fact that I see and care for my mother on a daily basis. She, and her nurse, saw my mother for a total of 15 minutes and, apparently, know everything there is to know about her. My mother has had an infection in her leg for over two weeks and Dr. Akhtar, or her nurse, says that it's swelling or a bandage wrapped too tightly. My mother's temperature has been over 100 degrees and the stuff coming out of her leg smells putrid but...it's just swelling. Horrible care.
