I appreciate the staff at CareSTL Health. I had an appt with Dr. Modupe, who was wonderful. I also received my booster the same day. The nurse was very nice. I highly recommend CareSTL Health!
Very unprofessional they don’t do what they’re supposed to do at all . They sent a bill in a mail when I gave my insurance information when I booked my appointments. I had a run around with that .come to find out they never put my information in when I received an outstanding bill in the mail . I’m highly upset with CARE STL. I hate going to the clinic for anything. I’m glad I have a better insurance so I can go else where . Also the staff isn’t to friendly.
I went to this clinic with my sister. All that I have to say is they need to shut it down and start all over. I know that it is government funded for low income families with or without insurance. But it’s a way that you are suppose to treat people with dignity and respect. From the doctors to the custodians, they need to clean house and start anew. You can’t treat people like trash and don’t expect to have some kind of reprocussion behind it. The government needs to step in and give that place an investigation from top to bottom.
Everyone was very nice and professional, kudos to the lady at the payment desk for being particularly kind and helpful, and Dr. Munachi Nwosu (obgyn) who was really caring.
Since this facility gets a high volume of consumers, WHY ON EARTH, isn't every cubicle at the check in department occupied. (Let me guess.. low staffing); truly that excuse has been ran in the dirt!
I prefer to deal with dr pile at his original location service of these smart mouth ladies is horrible and they communication skills are very misleading
THESE PLACE IS HORRIBLE THE DOCTORS COME AND GO SO WHEN A DOCTOR GIVE U A PRESCRIPTION AND THEY NO LONGER THERE U GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR TO GET A REFILL IT TAKES 3-4 DAYS ARE U SERIOUS AND ITS BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE THIS IS SAD THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE THEY JUST GETTING A CHECK I BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING VOICEMAIL NOBODY CALLED ME BACK IF U LOVE YOUR LIFE GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR CARE CAUSE THIS PLACE AINT IT THEY GET ATTITUDE WITH YOU WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS IT BE YOUR OWN PEOPLE THAT DO U WRONG.THEY STILL AINT REFILL MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE I HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE
Friendly and courteous staff members as well as patient with regards to my health care questions and needs.
I updated my review because the doctor called back, apologized and got me in the office. My stance still remains but I have come to the realization that it was not her fault, they are understaffed but whomever is responsible for professional development training should definitely go over realistic scheduling. If i could 0, i would. While i completely understand that this is a community health center, people's time should be honored regardless of if you have Medicaid or insurance. Ive had 2 appointments for a necessary procedure, however; after arriving at earlier than the appointment time and having to wait forever to get through registration because they are backed up, I've had to wait almost 2 hours to still not be seen. I did not take the whole day off of work and a doctor's note will not suffice. The nurses are professional and pleasant. The scheduling needs attention! Why schedule so many people at one time?! The waiting room was packed and 2 people were standing up. Does this place really care about their patients?
Pharmacy lady is rude and disrespectful

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
