Absolutely horrendous!!! If I could give Dr. Medaris "0" stars I would! He released me as a patient for a reason that was completely untrue! He flat out LIED!!! When I called the office to let them know it wasn't true, they changed to another excuse! When I proved that wrong, they made up yet another excuse!! His letter of release stated he would still be my doctor for 30 days yet refused to see me 6 days later for an appointment that had already been scheduled for months! He wouldn't talk to me so I really don't know he is lying through his teeth!

He's awful when it comes to billing and insurance options. Got billed thousands of dollars for no reason.

I strongly suggest never getting involved with this office. The service is a nightmare. They say they send invoices, that was never sent. They say they submitted information to insurance and that is not done. I was sent all over town trying to pick up perscriptions when i provided the address and information requested.Phone calls are not returned. It has been demonstrated that seeking treatment here is a threat to anyone trying to get professional help.

Very poor after care. Office never answers the phone. Always on hold dor 30 plus minutes. All I needed was a form filled out and they hung up on me eventually after they finally took me off hold. Rushed the discharge process and didn't carw if meds got filled or not. Would never recommend his office to anyone. It is hard when you are already stressed out and the office help sucks and are rude.
