Excellent except they do not answer the phone. 10 days I have called and they do not answer and I have an important question regarding a medication. This is the right number and in the right hours. Pathetic.

Incredibly rude and uncaring doctor. I went in for an exam, and was told “my weight was creeping up” with a 5 pound difference in over a years time. I explained I was obese and recently worked to lose 70 pounds and his reply was “oh were you a big fattie ?” Appointment was rushed, and felt like he was TRYING to lose a patient. Do not go here.

My mom managed a doctors' office, so I had access to numerous doctors over the years. Dr. Fitzgerald is tied with another doctor at #1 on my list. He goes above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about you.

I have been seeing him for about three years now. He seems to be condescending towards me and basically blows off any concerns I have. I really needed a few days of a prescription I am on due to my mail delivery prescription not arriving in a timely manner. I called his exchange to see if I could have a few days worth of my meds called in to get me through. Even though I am going through horrible withdrawals from being off the meds for a couple days he refused to call in the prescription because their policy is to not refill any prescriptions when the office is closed. His nurse practitioner Donna is very kind but I will be searching for a new primary physician.

Talks with me caringly as a fellow human. He is a doctor I have come to admire most in my life. Some doctors seem to have become robots, with knowledge but no time to fully listen!

Dr Fitzgerald after 7 years of being a patient not once was blood work done or suggested. I now have terminal blood cancer,! Incompetent! Very uncaring. Run !
