I told the receptionist i was a new patient she then asked my name. I said my name is "Yashua." Her response was..."right..." then proceeded to say he isn't accepting new patients right after. Not sure what changed from the initial point of the call when i informed her i would be a new patient and when i said my name but i can take a wild guess as to what it may have been...

Dr. Ralko and the team at Mercy Medical - Des Peres are fantastic. I personally avoid doctors as one would avoid going out in public without a mask, however, I have found every interaction with this team of medical professionals to be pleasant, kind, caring, and thorough. Never have I felt that my concerns were disregarded.
