Doctor Lutty was rude and did not offer me any sound medical advice. She is providing incompetent medical care to the homeless. She wouldn't even look me in the eye and sit and talk to me about my condition or ways she could help alleviate my symptoms. Instead she just stared at the computer asking standardized questions. No sense of concern for my well being whatsoever. I was a cog in the wheel that she judges as inferior. It was just the way she dismissed me and didn't even look at me like I was a machine. I am absolutely disgusted.

Been trying to call for few hours now and cant when get a ring

Yesterday I waited for an hour and a half before I left never seeing the doctor. I had a 3:15 appointment that was scheduled weeks ago. And they called to confirm that I was coming the day before. The staff never said anything to me about the doctor being late. Nor did they try to reschedule me because it was so late in the day. They had plenty of time to talk to each other and the security guard named Anthony but no time to talk to the patients.

Supposed to have a tooth pulled today and no one will answer the phone. I call and it automatically hangs up. 13 consecutive calls later, I'm here🙄

This health care facility has everything in one spot. Everything from eye care to pediatric and dental. As big as this place is and all the people that work here it's hard to believe how clean the place is and they even have Pest control. The staff is friendly , quick , and respectful and of course this place is 💯 set up for covid testing or anything else you want or need. Highly recommend this facility.
