Took my daughter here and was unfortunately late. She was told she couldn't reschedule an appt at the window and the person shut the window down her face. It takes forever to get through on the phone to make appointments in the first place. If it weren't imperative I'd take her elsewhere.

This place has outstanding service and exceptional care that I have witnessed. The staff and physicians are so well trained, have vivid knowledge about patient care and their health that any community clinic you can expect from. During my visit the Nurse practitioner Ms. Shotwell has given me a thorough grasp of my health issues and explained the consequences of neglecting those, set a follow-up, and to my utmost surprise sent me a letter with explanation of my vital science and blood work, with kind advice of all the necessary activities. I am overwhelmed with such a quality of health professionalism.

I sought to have testing earlier in the year when they opened for drive thru testing. I worked next door at the theater and I live one mile away, yet I was told they were not serving my zipcode and gave me an address on 3900 Broadway downtown on the Southside, maybe. An associate of mine live close to st. Luke's hospital said he was driving by and saw their tent up and a sign for testing. He stopped and was tested on the spot. Why didn't they tell him he had to go some place in west county. I had an appointment before then, instead of a doctor, I was told I would be seeing a nurse practitioner, who called and cancelled my appointment. I wasn't even offered an opportunity to reschedule.I Thank God I only had symptoms of covid which necessitated going to the hospital, otherwise I'd be dead now.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS.PLACE!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!Also I called this morning, Wednesday, November 23, 2020, to see if I could be tested and the girl said they were not testing at that location any more. When a neighbor and I drove by, the tent was still up.
