Doctor Lutty was rude and did not offer me any sound medical advice. She is providing incompetent medical care to the homeless. She wouldn't even look me in the eye and sit and talk to me about my condition or ways she could help alleviate my symptoms. Instead she just stared at the computer asking standardized questions. No sense of concern for my well being whatsoever. I was a cog in the wheel that she judges as inferior. It was just the way she dismissed me and didn't even look at me like I was a machine. I am absolutely disgusted.

Yesterday I waited for an hour and a half before I left never seeing the doctor. I had a 3:15 appointment that was scheduled weeks ago. And they called to confirm that I was coming the day before. The staff never said anything to me about the doctor being late. Nor did they try to reschedule me because it was so late in the day. They had plenty of time to talk to each other and the security guard named Anthony but no time to talk to the patients.

Supposed to have a tooth pulled today and no one will answer the phone. I call and it automatically hangs up. 13 consecutive calls later, I'm here🙄

I have registered an appointment to get tested for covid for 11am to 2pm and I showed up roughly on time around 12:30ish. However after waiting 30 mins I was told to leave because they no longer accepted any more patients. I've asked them that the testing didnt end til 2pm and they said that they've open up early and they planned on closing early. I get that if they could test early they should, but it was a huge let down to be told I wasnt gonna get tested even though I showed up within the time frame to get tested.

I've been going to this Clinic every since it was Courtney Clinic I just want to say I love when doctors do they homework on patience O'Neill Callahan(obgyn) is the best doctor ever she got my blood pressure and my blood sugar down to where it needed to be she did her homework as soon as she became my doctor the same day if she see anything going on with your tests she will take care of it now on the other hand dealing with Dr. McCann(M.D.) he is a horrible doctor Street pharmacist pass out medicine just to get a paycheck he does not do his homework on patience very horrible doctor if anyone go see him you will be taking 10 medications for no reason he's a MD doctor needs to get his license taken Ms. O'Neill(Obgyn) had to fix everything in 3 months he was my doctor 5 + years and cannot do the things she did in 3 months I wish O'Neill was a MD doctor because she's like three doctors in one
