I had spoke to someone in November (month prior) and they said call back sometime in December when the bill will probably be available. This is really sad. I will not be doing business with this dentist establishment ever again. Next time I will shop around and KNOW MY OPTIONS and not go with the first "recommended" place. They are wasting people's time, and they don't have a reason.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for two months to see a dentist. They say call at 8:30am. I call and no answer, the phone will just ring and ring, or I’ll get a busy signal. It’s ridiculous.

They are so rude never answer and when they do they hang up on you and keep telling me I have to call on Monday to get an appointment but won’t even answer on Monday and have you waiting for a long time so disappointed I need my wisdom teeth pulled !
I got a root canal done there it took several appointments to get everything done but I got excellent service and a student who worked hard on getting everything done and every team needs a cheerleader like Ms.Pat always with her positivity and knowledge and patience with everyone Thankyou student Alex

I had trouble being seen the first two times I came, but it was understandable, there are so much more people that need honest help than there are the good folks that can help. The problem lies within the medical system and not within the employees there. The employees helped me get an appointment in which I was seen and helped quickly and very professionally. They only do one tooth at a time, so I so have to go back several times to fix the health issue. This is better than being denied by every other dentist in Saint Louis because I am low income. The copay is not as bad as any other given oral healthcare in StL, especially if one has insurance.
Money grab. Gave me fillings for cavities that weren't there. If it wasn't for the insurance, I would not be there. Have a huge hole in my mouth and now I can't even schedule an appointment.
Ugh...ugh...ugh....I have just learned to lower my expectations when I deal with their customer service. The dentists are great but the staff in front and in billing are horrible. I have been calling since November of 2020 and either get hung up on, told there is no one I can speak to, or the phone rings and rings!!! Trying to get oral surgery scheduled to remove my son’s wisdom teeth. Why is this so difficult?!?!?! Ugh!

I have been trying to get my my partials for 2half years they want to keep doing other things instead of finishing my partials I am very disappointed 😞 in this situation If they are not going to finish my partials I will have to go somewhere else. They keep changing students and I have to wait months until I get another student and this is through their Veteran program.
I called Affinia and chose the dental division to make an appt for my kid. The receptionist said the dental dept. needed to call me back to schedule the appt. The next day, the dental dept. called me back and said I needed to call 833-2772 so I called the number and was told I needed to call a 3rd number! I told her I was frustrated at this point and didn't understand why I keep getting the wrong number. She told me she didn't know but her job is to give me the number I'm supposed to call! I thought your job is to assist people in getting the best healthcare in an efficient manner? Maybe tell me you're sorry for the confusion but you will take the initiative and send a message to management so they know that patients are not getting the correct information they need to make timely appointments. So they can turn around and train staff properly? Not telling me you basically don't know and don't care. At this point, the people who work there don't seem to know what the correct number is and don't seem to care and that this is causing a lot of wasted time and energy. Why do so many customer service jobs always seem to go to the people who shouldn't be doing them?
Dr brady was my dentist today and I have no problem giving him 5 stars he was AWESOME he was professional and informative especially about the bubble gumb numbing agent. Good luck dr.brady in all your endeavors
It was actually comfortable fast check in fast people work but one thing I did not like was that when I got into the back she X-rayed it,took her information & what not. After the X-ray I mentioned “I will need surgery it’s in too deep I’ve been checked out else where already’ she’s like ok cool we continue the process gets me all numb *not to mention their all students in training being overlooked upon one doctor* so Head huncho comes over she checks it out gives the green light boom we’re on. She started by trying to pull the tooth out after I mentioned surgery so I’m like ok cool maybe they can get it this way whatever. 45 mins past still no budge at this point I’m uncomfortable and the anesthetic worked but somehow I still felt it not as bad but I felt it. So she grabbed a gentleman who came over to help and began pulling as well. Still nothing . So I stopped them and told them how I felt he ignored me once I didn’t trip ok cool. So long story short after 2hrs of pulling they finally decided to ask the doctor to come over n help recommend what’s best🤦🏾♂️ . I’m just laying here praying at this point I done sweated out a bath from the xtra pain, squeezing a handful of my jacket just to cope with the mans pulling literally shaking cause that medicine wasn’t enough for what they were doing . Head huncho finally said cut it off it was like music to my ears like I’ve been trying to do that for two hours now Great listen to the boss and the patient that knows! But hey first time for everything right? $135 cost cause I didn’t have insurance but never again less I’m sorry. The student did a good job n they extracted it I just wish they would’ve took my advice coming in and avoided all the xtra. Literally I wanted to get up and just walk out call the $135 a lost it was that serious. & they ignored my signals to stop but it was the female that told me and when I was signaling to stop or take a break he kept going! I was hoping she be like hey that’s our code hold on now but no he kept pulling. They were all nice tho I loved the customer service but the service never again. & that’s not even what all happen I’m just tired of typing and doubt they see this & try to improve. But thanks guys for doing your jobs 💙 highly appreciated
I was seen last week I came in already knowing my issue and what I needed and wanted done which is a tooth extraction to my right bottom wisdom . I'm in so much pain I've lost feeling to my right arm and cannot sleep I had insurance and even paid my Co pay and after all that was told that I would be called at a later time to be scheduled with an oral surgeon and still no one has called me back or answered my calls im dying and my wisdom tooth is pressing on my nerve as well as pushing against my other tooth trying to shift it. The student dentist says that he can see through x ray that It needed to be extracted asap or it could cause damage to my nerves which he could see in the xray . Lord please help me I don't know what more to do. Why won't they call me back ? I cannot make it another night like this . The pain pills I was prescribed are two different kind and they are not working I am now finding myself taking too many to try to stop the pain.
