I did covid testing on Sunday the day is Wednesday and I still don't have results in the meantime I cannot go to back to work until I get those results and I am extremely sick from the booster or either I'm positive🤔

I went in for a Dental exam and it was empty in the building beside the workers, my plus 2 and myself. Once in the door we were asked multiple health questions, provided mask for my toddler, hand sanitizer and a quick temperature check. The Lady attendee was so polite and so knowledgeable on the proper ways of wearing adult/children's mask and or mask covers. Slacking in providing a Covid-19 free zone is clearly not an issue here. I was in and out in a flash. Great Job Affinia!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable of the vaccine and regulations. They were friendly, efficient, and very caring.

My husband had to test negative to return back to work after battling covid. I fully understand that these medical workers/lab technicians are so overworked and understaffed right now. Results take 5-7 business days. (Which it was only 3 at this point.) We ran out of paid leave and it’s Christmas so I reached out on fb. (I didn’t think they could help, but what could it hurt?) The person in charge of social media responded to me in minutes. They explained they would do what they can. Well the nurse called the lab, and got us the results. This was yesterday and he is back to work today. I appreciate all of you. Amazing customer service!!! I truly believe everyone involved went above and beyond. Thank you again! 🙏🙏
