Had an bad experience here and complained. Michelle got back to me very quickly to handle the matter. Very appreciated.Update : I have came in the clinic two times and I’m happy I stuck around. Everyone here is super nice. The environment they give is so comfortable and inviting. I really enjoyed my experience. The team you have here couldn’t be any better. The insurance woman was great, The woman with WIC goes above and beyond, The woman who did my blood she was amazing and so nice. The front desk people so friendly and welcoming. Every nurse I encountered (which was 3 or 4 of them) was just superb. The doctor was great. Everyone here gives such a great environment, I really like the team here.

Don't waste your time or health at this clinic. Just when you get used to a Doc, they quit. Trying to get a hold of your Doc is a joke. They won't return your calls or refill your prescription for over a week in my case. Guess my high blood pressure meds are no concern to them.

The women at the Covid testing station are amazing, they quickly and efficiently got through each person until it was my turn. They were multitasking between drive ups and walk ups. Kudos Ladies you're rockstars!I got there at 750 it took until 915'ish to get through the line, but they were very nice and quick once it was my turn.

Very friendly courteous, and professional staff! I had an appointment for a service that is not covered by insurance and after making calls to several facilities, Affinia ended up being the most reasonable priced. Also, they were able to get me in within a few days, while other places, I had to wait for a month or so! My appointment was with Dr. Prater and he gets my unsolicited recommendation!
