Called to make appt. 1 month ago, told “scheduling” would call me. Waited & no one called so I called. Girl that answered made my appointment & updated my address & phone number. Was telling me to come early for paperwork since I hadn’t been there for 6 yrs. So I asked if she could email them & she stated they would mail them. Never received, so I called again for paperwork & was told someone would call me back. No one did so I went online & saw where I could print it out. Went today for my appointment & was told that someone had left me a message stating they couldn’t see me today! Bold face lie as I never receive a call from anyone for anything!!!!! Can’t judge the doctor but if you don’t have competent staff I wouldn’t chance it, I’m not going back!!!!! He just lost another patient!
Dr Ince gets the facts, answers questions and tells you what he recommends. He is quick, to the point and professional. If you need someone to hold your hand, go see a psychiatrist- that’s not his specialty!
I would not recommend him to anyone. I made an appointment to see him for some new symptoms I was having. I asked for blood work to check my thyroid as I have a family history of thyroid disease and had textbook symptoms of hyperthyroidism. He flat out told me no it definitely wasn't my thyroid but my autoimmune issues we already knew about flaring up. There was nothing he could do for me if I wouldn't take meds which I had already said I didn't want to do. He absolutely refused to listen to anything I had to say or answer any questions I had.
Dr Ince is the best there is! I first came to him in 2008 undiagnosed and clueless what was happening to me. Within 48hrs after my first visit, I had a diagnosis of Lupus Nephritis and my treatment was underway! Since I had kidney involvement I needed to see nephrologist also. I struggled to get an appointment with someone so I call Dr Ince and told him I can’t get in anywhere for months he told me hold on then about 5 minutes later came back to the phone and asked if I could be there that afternoon. This was how he was with every step and hurdle we faced! He is a brutally honest Dr and expects you to do the work he says is needed to get better! If you do this he will have your back and move mountains to help you! He is very knowledgeable in his field plus some! Dr Ince, always goes a step above for his patient!
I am a new patient and I was nervous for my appointment because it is my first time seeing rheumatologist and some of the reviews are not good. But Dr. Ince was very kind to me and asked me questions and seemed like he really wanted to figure out why I am in pain.
I have been a patient with Dr. Ince for years. Since I was running approximately behind for a recent appointment, the office was called to inform them. The attendant informed me that they would not be able to accommodate the appointment although I was en-route. Apparently, there is no grace period there. However, over the years, I have waited and accommodated them as needed. I have also accommodated Dr. Ince's five (5) minutes he spends in the room with you, as he always seems rushed and wants to move on to the next patient. It seems as if patients are run through the office to get numbers. Not sure what is going on there, but I would not recommend this doctor. I switched to another doctor with a good beside manner that does not mind answering questions and does not rush through appointments as I have encountered here.
I wish I would have listened to the previous comment he is not polite spent 5 minutes with him he is not a caring doctor I will never go to his office again
We would never recommend Dr. Ince to anyone. He was rude and even after his office was called within 30 minutes after the appointment to cancel any processing of blood work he ran it anyway. This was a horrible experience.
The first thing he ever did was insult my tattoos. That was my very first impression. I don’t think he ever made eye contact with me or listened to anything I was feeling. He just prescribed, prescribed, prescribed. I asked for a anti inflammatory diet suggestions. He laughed and said “yeah, you need to lose weight obviously.” I stared at him until he muttered something about a Mediterranean diet as he walked out. I told him I didn’t want to take tons of meds my whole life and end up with liver failure. He said “I prescribe. That’s my job. You don’t like it? Get a second opinion, I don’t care” as he walked out of the room. I asked about potentially having children and being able to drink again someday, as I am young. He said “fine, let’s throw out all the work I’ve done and get you on meds so that you can get drunk and knocked up. Happy?” When my husband came with me to appointments, he spoke to him instead of me, his patient. I left in tears on multiple occasions. As a result, I abandoned all Rheumatological care for a while because I thought I would never find a rheumatologist who treated my like a human. I assumed I was doomed to suffer from severe pain and deformation until I die. The relationship of a doctor and patient is supposed to be a cooperation. Not a dictatorship. I need to be included on the treatment plan for my body. I’m sure if I were a man, he would have treated me with a modicum of respect. I asked my pcp for a new referral and he said that Dr. Ince is good but so many people have trouble with his bedside manner and rendered me to another rheumatologist. I would say he was borderline emotionally abusive to me. Definitely gaslighting and downplaying my concerns with a blatant refusal to communicate with me about my health. I would give him less than one star if I could.
He has completely changed my life!!! I have my health back and can be a great mom to my kids! I was in bad shape before him. Highly recommend!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
