Dr. Puryear is one of the most amazing surgeons that I have ever met! He kind of became part of our family for almost 5 years. My son had to undergo four different spinal surgeries to correct his scoliosis and tethered spinal cord. When I called him, he called back or Renee called me back the same day. The treatment and care is undescribable. My son still struggles a bit but we can always count on Dr. Puryear to help us through struggling times. 100% recommend him!

I first saw Dr. Puryear 8 years ago for a broken femer. I then saw him again 3/4 years ago for fluid in my joints.I was 10/11 and 15/16 when I saw him.I am now currently 18, and he still was the best doctor I could ever have.He also did surgery on my younger brother when he got a cut through his foot that went to his bone.I've had a lot of bad experiences with doctors during my childhood, but he out of all of them was the best one.I still need physical therapy though from the surgery 3/4 years ago because the clinic I had a check up at seemed to not send the note to any physical therapy place. Hopefully I'll be going soon.I highly recommend Dr. Puryear as a doctor.

Dr Puryear saw my oldest son twice for broken arms. He was fantastic & eased any/all anxieties. Tried getting my youngest son in for a fractured foot & was met with an incredibly rude receptionist who told us we couldn't get in for 3-6 days to ensure there was no swelling. That isn't how it worked with my older son. I opted to not schedule & find somewhere else.

Dr Puryear put my daughters leg back together after a sports incident. He’s like a normal dude that just happens to be a brilliant surgeon. My wife, my daughter, and I Loved him. After meeting him I knew my daughter was in good hands.

We have been seeing Dr. Puryear for 10 years for my sons scoliosis. He is always beyond professional and understanding. He has the ability to put nervous children and parents at ease by speaking to them on their level. All Procedures with Dr. Puryear have gone flawlessly, and my son and I could not recommend him more.
