What your billing, They are putting us in to collections and we have paid this bill twice and they actually own us a refund. None of the phone numbers get us to a real person, even the number for billing questions. Watch your billing.

Watch your billing. This office has billed us 3 times for the same visit. I have tried to resolve but none of the provided phone number will answer or pickup. I have paid this bill twice and they owe me a refund but can't speak to anyone and they send letters of threat of collections. WATCH YOUR BILLING.

This Dr accepts my insurance, accepts new patients...but refuses to accept new patients on my insurance. How is this legal??? I have been looking for a doctor for months and cannot be seen.

Very dissatisfied with service has been going to dr Fatoki for a few years and he has never been on time. Unfortunately my time is very valuable so this out ways his niceness, kindness, and when I finally see him I really feel rushed.

I was with Dr. Fatoki for 13 years. I referred all of my friends and family to him because of his skill and caring manner. I am filled with tears this morning because after just getting out of the hospital, I went to my follow up visit, Fatoki refused to see me because I had a $200 balance and had no further money outside of the copay to pay him. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and I had my copay... I am a single mother who has 2 kids in college and I am taking care of my mother who lost her job and my grandmother with Alzhiemers. I work part time but I pay for my insurance through my job. As I sat in his office breaking down, his explanation was some woman owed him 1700 and then went to another doctor. He never even considered I have been with him for 13 years and never ever considered another doctor. He tried to tell me if I needed food, I would have to pay cash. He didn't care that I have lived on soup for 3 days and had to borrow money for gas to drive to his office. I am greatly disappointed in Dr. Akin Fatoki. He was a great doctor when he started. Now it seems he is just after as much money as he could get. To have pay for insurance and a copay and still be refused because he raised his prices and I couldn't afford the difference.. To compromise a loyal patient's health for that is heartless, greedy, and unethical. I know you are not supposed to get attached to a doctor but it just breaks my heart that he has become so cold.
