Dr Aleem operated on my right shoulder and fixed what another doctor messed up on and I have no complaints whatsoever. He is a wonderful Dr and person, if anyone should need a surgery for the shoulder, I recommend going to see Dr. Aleem he is the best in my opinion and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is the best. I went to Dr. Aleem after dealing with my shoulder constantly dislocating. He was AMAZING! He was friendly and informative with every visit. I never once felt like he was just trying to rush me out the door. From my first consultation through my last post-operative visit, I truly felt that he cared about my healing process. I cannot recommend him enough!

My husband Michael had been dealing with right shoulder pain for 9 months prior to seeking help from Dr. Akeem. He had seen 3 previous doctors during that time. He was told by one doctor he had a frozen shoulder and was given 4 steroid injections, steroid pack and sent for Physical Therapy. When that didn’t help he seen another doctor, who said his shoulder issues were too complicated for him to surgically intervene so he referred Mike to a 3rd surgeon, who automatically wanted to do a complete shoulder replacement after reviewing Mike’s MRI. Since this doctor did not accept Mike’s insurance we sought out another doctor who would. It was then when we found Dr. Aleem. Dr. Aleem reviewed Mike’s MRI and felt he didn’t need a complete shoulder replacement but his shoulder needed a surgical intervention. Mike was put on the schedule 3 weeks after the initial visit. His surgery was performed on November 15th and by November 18th he was pain free and had regained full range of motion to his shoulder. Dr. Aleem had chose to take the least invasive route for surgery, performing arthroscopic surgery rather than performing an unnecessary full shoulder replacement, thus saving Mike from an extremely long and painful recovery. He had lost almost all range of motion and had been having severe pain for 10 months and once Dr. Aleem did his surgery, Mike was almost completely pain free and had regained almost all of his range of motion within 3 days. Dr Aleem is extremely easy to talk to and explains everything in a way that you can easily understand. His bedside manner is impeccable. His office staff and nurses are also extremely friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Aleem and highly recommend him!!

Dr. Aleem has been the very best. Great bedside manner, takes the time to talk to you and make sure you understand everything that is going on and what to expect.

Dr Alden performed reverse shoulder replacement surgery on my right shoulder. No more pain and functions pretty well. He takes great care and time with his patients and listens to your needs. I highly recommend Dr Aleem.

I have a health condition that’s pretty rare and Dr. Aleem has been absolutely WONDERFUL. He’s patient, understanding, and wants what’s best for me and my health. He also has GREAT bedside manner. I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Aleem is excellent, I am recovering well from rotator cuff surgery. I would highly recommend him. He is very thorough with explanation of options and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Aleem is great if you can get ahold of him! I have tried to call the office, but all I get is a commerical about how wonderful the orthopedic center is. My daughter needs help, but we can't get ahold of anyone!
