List of Amanda Bridget Dehlendorf's Reviews
Dr. Dehlendorf and her NP, Elaine Zobrist came so highly recommended by several people I know and the exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend both of these professionals! I was given time, explanation and attention that we don’t see much anymore when visiting doctors’ offices.
Dr Dehlendorf is the most caring, compassionate Dr who knows all about RA and how to treat patients with the right medication to stop the progression of the disease.
Lack of communication, started to get rude towards the end, even infusion staff because I pointed out the there financial department wsnt filing my infusion bills in time and then they were denied by ins cause it was to long and they wanted me to pay for their office mistakes, and it was quite a bit of money, lots of arguments about them excepting the problem was on their end not my insurance, and from then on they were just rude
My review isn’t for the doctor because I never got to see her. After waiting for three months to get in, my appt was made and when I arrived, after driving one hour to get there, they tell me that my appt was changed. It wasn’t for 11:30, but changed to 9:30 and No one let me know! The front desk was rude and uncaring. There was no apology. There was not even, oh let me see if we can squeeze you in since this was our mistake. I was so disappointed. But after seeing the office, the front desk staff, I realize it was a blessing in Disguise. I was not impressed with being treated in such a non caring way. I made an appt with another rheumatologist at another office.
BEWARE NEW PATIENTS!!!!!!! I had an appointment for 8:00 am. New patient. I arrived at 7:50 and was told that Dr. Dehlendorf said that I'd have to reschedule because I was supposed to be there at 7:30 am so they could enter the new patient paperwork I had completed into the system. I was not aware that I had to be there by 7:30. When I challenged this I was told that I could have emailed them back or dropped them off before hand - I was not informed of this earlier. I have no idea if she's a good physician or not - just make sure if you're a new patient to arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
Made an appointment for new patient and waited 2 months for it. Day of the appointment they called 30 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive while I was driving there and cancelled my appointment on me. They said my case was too complicated. Thank you for wasting my morning instead of reviewing the information I sent over a week ago.
I fought my way through the snow to try to get to my appointment. I called to say I was going to be a couple minutes late and they told me they had to cancel my appointment. The weather is horrible and I’m old. This is terrible treatment. I could understand if I was going to be super late but I was going to be Les than 10. This is a disgrace
Dr. Dehlendorf was kind and seemed to genuinely care about getting to the root of my chronic pain. She did a thorough exam and was willing to run many tests to try to figure it out. However... my follow-up appointment was with her nurse practitioner, Elaine. She came in, told me my test results didn't point to anything specific, and tried to send me on my way. I've read so many great things about Dr. D and her diagnostic abilities, that I was disappointed to be dropped so quickly. If I go back to this office, I'll request to only see the doctor. I think that's the only way my pain will be investigated.
Finally answers and validation! My son is starting real treatment and is much better. It only took 23 years. Please see this doctor. She is fabulous.
I really appreciate her common sense approach with treating my osteoarthritis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
