Had an appointment 12/31/2020 called days earlier to reschedule do to begin in the hospital, no answer. Day of no answer. Day after no answer. Every prompt you go through takes you to the same message. And then they are going to charge me for a no show. This isn't fair. I've followed all of the company guidelines and directions. How does this help anyone when you can't get a return call.

Lauren was great. She calmed me down and made me comfortable and I really do appreciate her doing that because I was a nervous wreck. She explained the process to me and answered any questions that I had. Thank you Lauren. You rock

The is the second sleep study I have had to have done in the last 5 years and this was by far the best. The staff was nice and made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable the entire time. The rooms were private with full size comfy beds and not at all like a hospital room/bed which is what I expected since my last one was that way. Thank you Amanda and Tom for putting up with me and making my stay easy. The entire staff there was just wonderful throughout. Thank you all!

They stood me up twice. I drove all the way there at my appointed time to pick up my machine and the office was completely closed because two people tested positive for Covid-19, but no one informed me. They rescheduled the pick-up date (2 weeks later), I show up, and the first thing out of their mouth was "No one called you?" All the machines were broken...and no...no one called me.

Extremely rushed and unhelpful experience. The clinic is clearly setup to push/sell sleep apnea equipment, otherwise they’re uninterested in helping you. Doctor spent <5 mins with me and billed me over $300 after hurriedly rushing me out of the office. This clinic is a disgrace, there should be an appropriate way to argue for the value of services rendered. I feel preyed upon.

This was my second sleep study done here. The first one was six years ago so I'm not familiar with their names. But Lauren at the front desk, Amanda my sleep tech, Beth and Dr. Daud all provided excellent care. Lauren helped me identify next steps to take. Amanda was so good and patient when connecting all those wires! This place has always had professional staff members but the current staff is awesome. I'm overjoyed to find out I no longer need to use a CPAP machine!!If you need to have a sleep study done or even just need an assessment, this is the place to go!!
