Dr. Ana is knowledgeable and thorough. She stayed after the office closed for almost an hour just to make sure she answered all of our questions. She spoke to my son and explained what she was doing in terms that he understood. My husband and I both left the visit talking about what a positive experience we all had. When our lab results came in she personally called us... on a Sunday afternoon! She goes above and beyond and we are so lucky to have gotten an appointment with her.

The Doctor do not care about appointment. They asked to come 20 minutes in advance before the actual appointment. When I came on time doctor was not even the building for next 1 hours. That’s very bad experience. Never choose this careless doctor

Dr. Arbelaez is very personable and uses that bedside manner to share her expertise with the patient. Great experience!

Very personable and took the time to explain complex antibody concepts using analogies based on my personal experience. She "met me where I was at". Very sharp, but shares her expertise in a personable way.
