Being older than a teenager or someone in their 20s, I was terrified of having my wisdom teeth extracted! However, my fear was eased since the office staff and surgeon were so nice and efficient. The office made everything very convenient. Everything was done in an hour and a half, including consultation, x-ray, and surgery!

From the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left, Dr. Loveless and his amazing staff treated me so kindly. When I expressed my nervousness about the procedure since it was the first time I had gone under, they were so great at reassuring and comforting me. The procedure was very quick and I was sent home shortly after with tons of information and a goody bag of things to keep my pain at bay, including TED DREWS ICE CREAM!!! They called me the day after my procedure to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Dr. Loveless and his team are very informative and explain everything beforehand; very thorough. I did not have any doubts or questions regarding the procedure after speaking with the team. I would highly recommend Archway Oral Surgery to anyone and If I need any future work done, I will be sure to return to Dr. Loveless. Thank you Dr. Loveless and the wonderful team at Archway Oral!

I had a great experience with Dr. Loveless. I had wisdom teeth removed, and the whole experience was first rate from top to bottom. The best part: I had no pain after the surgery - both immediately after it was over and in the days that followed. I highly recommend Dr. Loveless and Archway Oral Surgery. My son, Noah, went in to see Dr. Loveless and have all four (nicely impacted!) wisdom teeth extracted. We found his staff to be highly professional and very friendly. It's a morning that can be full of anxiety and trepidation for the procedure and the outcome, but the Loveless staff's kind treatment of Noah put him at ease. They explained everything, and walked him through what he should expect. Dr. Loveless himself was direct and professional too; his confidence and light humor was a very welcome factor. Afterward, the recovery procedures were equally well-explained and made us feel that we were very supported. Recovery has been what they predicted, and I feel that if there are to be any complications, we will have the resources to deal with them. I recommend this office strongly.

Generally no one enjoys visits to a dentist especially when you have to have oral surgery. I must say, however, that my experience thus far with Dr. Loveless and his staff has been extemely positive. Dr. Loveless and his staff were very professional, informative and helpful. All questions were answered directly and in such a manner that a non-medical person could understand.

It was a great experience with an even greater team! They made me feel very comfortable and explained exactly what would happen. I would highly recommend Dr. Loveless!

Dr. Loveless and his staff are very professional and caring. I was very Leary about implants, but he was very reassuring and understanding. The staff even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok, highly recommend them!

Two of my children had oral surgery here in the past 10 months. I love the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of staff, and the great before/after care. Dr. Loveless is very personable, too. I think teens will like the place because it looks fresh and contemporary, not like some boring doctor's office that hasn't been updated since the 1970s. And the staff makes an effort to connect to the younger generation, too. Making appointments was easy and they took care of all the work with our insurance company. It really couldn't have been any easier of an experience.
