Caroline is the literal best. I have not felt this much relief in so many years i can honest say she has worked miracles. Attentive, professional, and actually cares. Definitely recommend.

These folks, maintain a light, fun, atmosphere, while putting you through a good workout focused on your issue. Caroline really cared about my shoulder issues and created a regiment that worked. I am completely satisfied. Michaela and Spencer were always around working with their clients, keeping the mood light. It was a joy to rehab there.

The St. Louis downtown location is wonderful, Spencer and everyone there are friendly and does a good job, I don’t wish for another accident, but if I do, this location is my place to go.

The front reception was always welcoming and efficient. Scheduling was easy. Macheala is a great physical therapist that really knows her stuff. She made me feel at ease, while challenging me to improve. She was very patient and helped me to remember that getting stronger takes time and putting in the work. Highly recommend Michaela and this facility.

All of the physical therapists and staff are great! They are very knowledgeable and personable. They made the pain and hard work somewhat fun. Easy and flexible scheduling. I had ACL and felt very respected about my level of comfort day to day. I was challenged but not pushed beyond my comfort and level of pain. Spencer is awesome and I felt he had my best interest in recovery at all times. I also observed the other patients seemed to have the same treatment. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Athletico. I needed PT for a groin muscle injury I got while running. I worked with Spencer who was super helpful in designing a program to get me back to running as soon as possible. I noticed a lot of improvement as soon as I started PT and really appreciated the fact that they really focused on getting me out of there as soon as it was feasible. Great experience, will definitely go again if I get another injury (which I hope I won't!). They were super accommodating with my tight work schedule and the location was great.

I started there from Myocore, my very 1st day the guy was rude, but he was filling in for Spencer PT, Spencer was ok but didn't seem to address my complaints in the beginning so I was leaving in pain. After a few sessions I explained that I wasn't getting pain relief from our sessions and in tears explained I couldn't sleep, my shoulders, wrist, neck and back hurt. I had an MRI and was told I had 5 bulged disc's, 2 in my neck and 3 in my back. I told Spencer and today he claimed he never knew. My thing is how are you treating me without knowing my diagnosis? So when I got to the appt. today t here was a mix up on appoint. times, which I arrived at 9a but was scheduled 9:30, so Ella' was asked to get me started by Spencer and she stated in 10 minutes, I said I didn't want to wait 10 minutes, she walked around picking up supplies instead of getting me started, so I called a different location to switch, they had never addressed my wrists but constantly having me push and pull for my neck and back. I feel my wrists were neglected and after mentioning this to Spencer multiple times and how I was treated today... this was prompted. I was in pain crying and being told I was just "uncomfortable". I know the difference between in pain and uncomfortable.! Very displeased with Athletico downtown, we will see how the other location does. Praying 🙏
