List of Bethesda Health Group's Reviews
The most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Management are uncouth and gossip and create drama and exhibit childish behavior often. This makes meetings awkward for everyone and the smallest actions needed to make the place run more smoothly are ignored or take forever to implement because the decision makers dislike each other and don’t want to collaborate like adults.Management by shaming kind of culture. Inability to self reflect and realize they are the reason they can’t keep staff. Who wants to subject themselves to this daily? Also you won’t hear positive feedback or be trained properly. Your needs as an employee will not be met and soon you will realize it was a bait and switch. Please save yourself and your mental health the trouble and do not work for this company!
Working for Bethesda in any of its locations you will find that you are under trained and expected to over perform. Underpaid, but treated like salaried individuals. With none of the benefits I might add. You are constantly harped upon while never getting recognition. You will be railroaded into either quitting or being terminated when you are either not an asset or begin to Think for your self. The culture is terrible. You are horribly stressed. HR works for the company. Not you. With a high turn over rate you are expected to pick up the work and complete your own at the same time. Management will not help you. Management is either never helpful or not available. (same thing) Bethesda is a place I'd recommend if you are merely wanting to get experience. Hard work. Undeniably underpaid for expectation and work. Do not trust. End of story.
On the heels of another successful "Hearts for Our Homes" fundraising campaign, I continue to be amazed and impressed by the level of commitment and dedication displayed by Bethesda employees every day. Regardless of their position, it is clear that addressing the needs of our residents and their families is top priority. I am very proud to be part of the Bethesda team.
I'm not sure about the company as a whole some people seem nice but so did the director of the home health and hospice department in the very beginning. She's really an evil heartless bully that controls the employees under her. As with every bully, she's truly a coward who hides behind her title and position. She's running the home health and hospice department into the ground because she doesn't know what she's doing. Once you become her enemy, you become her target because she's vindictive. They need to fire her before the ship sinks and they lose more money. St. Andrews should have thought twice before merging with Bethesda. Also, the director bullies the employees into trying to bully patients into starting home health services with them....even after the patient stated no, they continued to harass the patient. -⭐

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
