I visited the facility during the day prior to putting my mother in for rehab. Very nice staff, very clean, very attentive. However from the moment she was transferred and welcomed from the evening shift, the atmosphere was quite different. The staff was rude, my mom had aids yelling at her in the evening time over confusion on the telephone and television. She would wait for hours for medication. They would bring her food in and sit it down, wouldn't make sure she could reach the tray. The doctors told us she was being put on medication that she had been on at home, but did not prescribe the medicine. After 3 days of calls, and conversations a doctor after seeing my mom on an ipad made a decision to change her from that medicine she had been taking for 36 years to a new one. She was over medicated the next day and slumped over in a wheel chair from the new meds. We chose to bring her home early as the only way you could achieve anything was to contact a supervisor. The supervisors were always accomodating, however you should not have to call them in the evenings over and over because of the unresponsive evening staff. I felt uncomfortable leaving her in the evening staff's care. The day shift was excellent!

They would not listen to my mom regarding what PT was telling her she can and can't do, argued with her and she ended up back in the hospital.

My Son have Herpes disease. The outbreak was too much, So I search online Doctor. I found Dr Agbomian a great Herbal Doctors, I order the herbal medication from him. THE WEEKEND STAFF IS HORRIBLE, THE WAY THEY BRING YOUR LOVES ONES TO THE FRONT IS HORRIBLE, HALF DRESSED AND THEN WHEN YOU LOOOK IN THE WINDOW OF THE FACILITY YOU SEE YOUR LOVE ONES SITTING IN A WHEELCHAIR TRYING TO GET UP AND NO STAFF IS THEIR TO HELP THEM, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO TO THE FACILITY
