Where do I start…. My first impression of dr Perry is that he was a very nice dr. But the more I went the more my opinion changed about them. The staff is rude and they don’t even do their jobs right. And dr Perry is always rushed and dismissive. I literally forget things I want to talk to him about from how much I’m cut off talking to him. And it’s always “it’s nothing” well my days at your office have came to an end. I found a better and cleaner drs office.

Only the angry crackpots leave reviews on these sites. Be an adult and make an opinion for yourself. Don’t go by some nut that didn’t get their Xanax or Narcotics prescription.

The very definition of unprofessionalAvoid this place and staff at all cost, you can always tell when someone isn't happy with their life choices that person is Star Austin she will cost that office much before it's all said and done. Avoid the unhappy unprofessional go somewhere where they have basic human decency.

My son is a hearing impaired patient there. We’ve been there 4 times every single time we’ve visited the secretary Star Austin has been very rude seems bothered by us even being there. Any questions asked regarding your care is viewed as being illiterate because you supposed to know everything you should do regarding meds, labs, appointments, even though you’re a 22 year old first time diagnosed patient that’s scared and not to mention hearing impaired as I stated. This lady doesn’t belong in the medical field. This is not over

I spoke with Dr. Perry after hours about a patient of his who was recently hospitalized. He was extremely rude and dismissive. If he doesn’t have time or desire to speak with patients and their families in a caring and respectful manner perhaps he shouldn’t take any calls outside of the office. Not speaking with him at all would have more satisfactory than the experience we had speaking with him. Christian Hospital NE can and should do better in selecting physicians to represent them.

I was helping a Spanish speaking person who was very worry about his Dad, who very sick and he had an appointment schedule with this doctor the following week, the doctor refuse to help him and it was very rude, not allowing us to talk and he said I can't see him and hung up the phone.
