He doesn’t listen, and didn’t want to run more tests regarding the lump on my breast. He was very sure that nothing was wrong because I’m young and didn’t order any further testing just in case. I saw another doctor who confirmed that the lump is suspicious. I had an ultrasound done that also confirms that the lump is suspicious, and now I am scheduled for a biopsy. Don’t go to Dr. Baumann if you’re young. He won’t take you seriously.

This doctor cared more about getting me in and out of his office in 15 minutes or less than my overall care. He would never let me speak about how I was feeling and every time I did, he blamed my symptoms on my age (37) or just the pregnancy in general. At the hands of this doctor, I suffered a stroke due to him not caring enough to take a few minutes to hear me out. I was having severe difficulty breathing towards the end of my pregnancy. He spoke of a condition he thought I had, and still did not order the right tests. And surprise, surprise, after having my stroke, I discovered I had the exact condition he spoke of. After I went and got testing, I had to call the office to get results from the nurses because he wasn't available to speak to me. Even though he knew how scared I was. They told me that I was anemic and was fine. Go figure. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. He treated me like I was incompetent and showed no real human emotion throughout my entire pregnancy or the birth of my child. Horrible all the way around! The only good thing about this office was the nursing staff and front desk. If you're a woman of color (African American), find someone who will listen to you! We die at a higher rate after giving birth due to doctors like this!

Dr. Baumann and his staff couldn't be more kind and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a doctor who is great at what he does and cares. I have been a patient of this practice for 52 years. Previous doctors I used there have retired. I appreciate his concern for older patients as well as his moms.

Dr Baumann is an excellent doctor! He is very good at explaining procedures and making sure you fully understand. Minimal wait time to be seen and he spends enough time with each patient.

If you are pregnant and over 35 do not visit this doctor. He ignores high risk people. He let me leave office in a life threatening situation that he did not identify.

Dr. Baumann delivered my first 3 children ('05, '07, '08) he attended every delivery, visited me everyday as I was admitted for preterm labor/ premature rupture of membranes. He was very reassuring (I was 18 with my first). Great bedside manner. I would've stayed with him, but I was very high risk in 2011 when I found out I was pregnant with twins.

Dr Baumann is a very compassionate man. I always feel well taken care of when I am in his office.

Wonderful Doctor & staff, each person makes you feel welcome and cared for like you are the only person there.
